At Divine Crew, each product is made to order once a purchase is placed. Because of this, orders can only be cancelled within a short window before production begins.

Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of being placed. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately with your order number at our support email.

Once the 2-hour window has passed, the order is automatically sent for processing and cannot be cancelled, as the production of the product will have already started.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, shipping carrier, and external circumstances.

Divin Crew is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.
